Mathieu (Matt) Nesbitt

Matt spent nearly 22 years at TD, from 2002 to 2024, including years as a mortgage specialist, before becoming a mortgage broker with Dominion Lending Centres. That's more than 24 years in lending. At the bank, he learned the products inside and out. As a broker, he can now work with many lenders and spend his time where it matters most: listening, explaining and finding the mortgage that fits your life.

His belief is simple. A mortgage isn't about the money, it's about your home and your future. Before talking rates, he wants to know where your life is heading over the next five to ten years, and then he builds the mortgage around those plans. He'll walk you through every option in plain language, and he won't make a promise he can't keep.

Outside of work, Matt is an outdoors guy. You'll find him fishing, hiking, or out on the ATV or snowmobile, and spending as much time as he can with his kids.

Sarah works alongside Matt on every file. Once your application comes in, she reviews it, lets you know right away if anything is missing, and keeps your file moving with the lender from submission all the way to closing.

Sarah is all about getting the details right the first time. She believes in shaping the mortgage to fit your situation, not the other way around, and she makes sure every document is in order so there are no surprises at the finish line.

You'll hear from her regularly along the way, and if you ever have a question about where things stand, she's the one who knows.
